As shipments of new Koi arrive, they go through our
                             triple heat cycling quarantine process over a 12 week
                             period at our CEFAS UK No. 1 rated facility in Banstead,
       TWO UNIQUE            Surrey, where all Koi that are purchased on this trip
                             will be held for our customers free of charge until
