INDEPENDENCE

OPEN DAY AT

CLEARWATER KOI

It was Saturday the 4th of July, the sun was shining
when I set off to Clearwater Koi to visit them on their
Independence Open Day. I arrived and was greeted by
Matthew, he is such a friendly guy, and before I knew
it I had a cup of tea in my hand and was chatting to
members of my Club (South East Koi Club), Crouch
Valley, South Kent and the Essex Koi Keepers who had
all come down to support Matthew on his Open Day.
Outside the main building vats had been set up where
there was a good selection of Koi for sale in a wide
range of varieties and sizes, and there was seating set
out too – it was busy.

Matthew is such a friendly
guy, before I knew it, he’d
handed me a cup of tea.
